1. What you can ask us to delete
- Your account and profile information (name, email, phone number, company, and onboarding answers).
- Messages and enquiries you sent us through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
- Data we received about you from a sign-in provider such as Google, Apple, or Meta (for example Facebook Login).
2. How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request by email:
- Write to info@awaitware.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Include the email address or phone number linked to your account, and the platform you used (website, Google, Apple, Facebook, or WhatsApp).
- We may ask you to confirm your identity so that we delete the right person's data.
3. What happens next
- We will confirm that we have received your request.
- We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep some of it.
- We will let you know by email when the deletion is complete.
4. Data we may need to keep
We may retain limited information where the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. This data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted.
5. If you signed in with Facebook or Meta
You can also remove awaitware's access to your Facebook account yourself:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
- Find awaitware in the list, select it, and choose Remove.
- Then send us the request described above if you also want the data we already stored to be deleted.
